I think the sadness could be coming back.
I spent the entire day feeling nothing strongly until it hit me later in the afternoon that I had been in a neutral state, indeed. While it wasn’t a relief, it’s certainly something to be noted.
I’ve noticed that some people go through states of feeling very few emotions. They don’t get tossed around by the extremes that I do. I’m generally on some sort of high or low, rarely ever in the middle. So I’m confused, is neutral an ideal state? Is it something to aspire to?
Now I’m just feeling anxious and sad. My mind is being glitchy, so I shall take my leave for now.
